A home by the sea, not just a place to sleep

Blanca Rosa was completely renovated with the care you would put into your own home: sage green kitchen, stone worktops, oak floors, botanical linen and plenty of light. Nobody can see in through the windows, so you have complete privacy.

The windows face north over palm trees, so the apartment stays pleasantly cool in summer. In winter, underfloor heating keeps it warm, which makes it a favourite for long stays in the mild Costa Blanca off-season.

Inside the apartment

Living room and kitchen
An open space with a round dining table, a Samsung smart TV with Apple TV and a comfortable IKEA sofa that opens into a 140 × 204 cm double bed. The kitchen has everything for real cooking: oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, plus a washer-dryer.
Bedroom
A 160 × 220 cm bed with fresh linen, smart TV, wardrobe and its own air conditioning. Quiet and cool, with a view of the treetops, and nobody can look in. Roller shutters make it fully dark.
Bathroom
A walk-in shower with thermostat and a Japanese smart toilet. Towels and linen are included.
Terrace
A table for two with a green view over palm trees. The place for breakfast in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening.
