Winter in Santa Pola: a long stay by the sea
From November to March the Costa Blanca stays mild and sunny. Blanca Rosa is set up for living, not just sleeping: underfloor heating, fast fibre Wi-Fi, a full kitchen and a washer-dryer, five minutes from the beach.

Warm and quiet inside
The floors are heated, so the apartment stays comfortable on cool winter evenings, and there is air conditioning in every room. The bedroom has roller shutters that make it fully dark, and nobody can look in through the windows.
Room to live and work
Fast fibre Wi-Fi and a desk make it easy to work from here. The kitchen has an oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer and a Nespresso machine. With the washer-dryer and a spare set of bed linen and towels in the apartment, you can pack light. Two Samsung smart TVs with Apple TV and YouTube are there for the evenings.
Everyday life on foot
Masymas supermarket is in the next block, a 2-minute walk, and Mercadona is about 9 minutes away. The big street market is on Mondays and Saturdays next to the bus station, and fresh fish is sold at the fishing port on weekday evenings. Getting around without a car
The bus station is a 12-minute walk, and Alicante airport is 14 km away; we can arrange a pickup on request. If you come by car, parking on the street is free. See how to get here.
Monthly price and booking
For stays of a month or longer we offer a monthly price: write to us with your dates and we will reply with an offer. Cleaning during your stay can be arranged on request. As in every Spanish holiday rental, we register each guest with the authorities (Real Decreto 933/2021), so we ask for ID details before arrival.
