Blanca Rosa is our second home, and we want it to feel like yours during your stay. These few rules keep it comfortable for you, for the next guests and for our neighbours.

Arrival and departure

  • Check-in is from 15:00. Arriving later is no problem, just let us know your arrival time.
  • Check-out is by 11:00. An earlier arrival or a later departure is sometimes possible, so feel free to ask.
  • On the day you leave, please lock the front door and return the keys as agreed.

Guest registration

  • Spanish law (Real Decreto 933/2021) requires us to register every guest with the authorities. Before your arrival we will ask for the ID or passport details of each guest.

Guests and visitors

  • The apartment is for a maximum of 4 guests, including children.
  • Only guests named in the booking may stay overnight. Please tell us in advance about any change.
  • Parties and events are not allowed.

Quiet hours

  • Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 08:00. This is a residential building, so please also keep noise low during siesta time and on Sundays.

Smoking and pets

  • Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the apartment.
  • Pets are not allowed. Assistance animals are welcome.
  • Commercial photography and filming are not allowed without our permission.

Kitchen, bathroom and waste

  • Please put dishes, pans and cutlery back in the cupboards clean and dry.
  • Only toilet paper goes in the toilet. Hygiene products belong in the bathroom bin. This keeps the Japanese toilet and the pipes working.
  • Please do not pour food waste, oil or chemicals into the sink, toilet or shower.
  • Please separate your waste (glass, packaging, paper and general waste) and take it to the containers in the street.
  • Please empty the fridge before you leave.

Looking after the apartment

  • Air the rooms for 5 to 10 minutes every day, especially after showering, to prevent damp.
  • If something breaks or does not work, please tell us straight away so we can fix it quickly.
  • Please look after your keys. If a key is lost, tell us immediately. The cost of replacing it will be charged.
  • Please leave the apartment tidy, as you found it.

Included in your stay

  • Water, electricity, heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
  • Towels and bed linen.
  • Starter supplies such as toilet paper and washing-up liquid for the first days.
