Arrival
How do I get from Alicante airport?
The airport is 14 km away, about 15 minutes by car. We can arrange a pickup on request; ask us for the price. The bus station is a 12-minute walk from the apartment. More in Getting here.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out until 11:00. We welcome you in person and hand over the keys, so please tell us your arrival time. Early check-in and late check-out are free whenever the apartment is free.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking on the street. There is usually a space nearby.
Which languages do you speak?

The apartment
What are the beds?
The bedroom has a 160 × 220 cm bed. The IKEA sofa bed in the living room opens to 140 × 204 cm. A baby cot is free on request.
What is in the kitchen?
Oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, a Nespresso machine and a washer-dryer. For your first days there are Nespresso capsules, tea, sugar, oil, salt and pepper.
Is it good for working remotely or a long stay?
Yes. Fast fibre Wi-Fi, a desk, air conditioning in every room and underfloor heating for winter. For stays of a month or more, ask us for the monthly price. More in Winter stays.
Is there TV?
Two Samsung smart TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, with Apple TV and YouTube. There is no cable TV.
Is the apartment private and quiet?
Nobody can look in through the windows, and the bedroom has roller shutters that make it fully dark.
Is the apartment accessible?
It is on the 3rd floor with a lift on the left of the entrance. The ramp is easy with a pram but not suitable for wheelchairs.
The area
How far is the beach?
The nearest beach and the marina are a 5-minute walk (350 m). The long beaches of Varadero (4.3 km) and Carabassí (9.6 km) are a short drive away. More in Beaches of Santa Pola.
Where do I buy groceries?
Masymas supermarket is in the next block, a 2-minute walk. Mercadona is about 9 minutes away.
When are the markets and the fish market?
The big street market is on Mondays (7:00 to 13:30) and Saturdays (7:00 to 14:00) on Avinguda de Albacete, next to the bus station, a 13-minute walk. The covered Mercado Central is open Monday to Saturday mornings. For fresh fish, the stalls at the fishing port open Monday to Friday from 17:30, and the fishermen's fish shop (Peixatería de la Cofradía, C/ Muelle 36) is open Monday to Saturday, mornings and evenings. Do you provide beach towels or parasols?
No, but sun loungers and parasols can be rented on the beach in season.
Rules and legal
Can I smoke or bring a pet?
Smoking is allowed on the terrace only, never inside. Pets are not allowed; assistance dogs are welcome. See the house rules.
Why do you need my ID?
Spanish law (Real Decreto 933/2021) requires us to register every guest with the authorities, so we ask for ID or passport details before arrival. More in Guest registration.
